The Perks at Leonardo DiCaprio’s New Eco-Friendly Apartment Are Insane

Money can’t buy you happiness — but it can buy you a vitamin C-infused shower. The ever eco-friendly Leonardo DiCaprio just bought his second green apartment in NYC, and this time, it’s a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom WELL certified pad at the Delos building in Greenwich Village. The residence calls itself the first “Wellness Real Estate residence in the world” and has amenities that “actively contribute to human health, performance and well-being.”

Don’t believe it? Besides Deepak Chopra being on the complex’s advisory board, each apartment comes with a built-in juicing station, Donna Karan’s Urban Zen wellness concierge services (to curate daily wellness experiences), an ultraviolet light system that sterilizes “harmful airborne microbes and irritants,” and let’s not forget the coating on the kitchen countertops that destroys harmful chemicals.
