National Bicarbonate of Soda Day: Weirdest “Food” Holiday Ever?
Newsflash: Christmas might be over, but there’s still plenty to celebrate. Today is National Bicarbonate of Soda Day! That’s right, a whole food holiday dedicated to baking soda. Sure, the stuff is important–we like to bake, after all–but spotlighting it seems kinda odd, at least to us. For fun, we did a little digging and discovered some more food holidays that seem a little out there (and a few are just downright unappetizing).
