National Apple Pie Day: Two Recipes to Try
We’re celebrating this sweet holiday with two very different–but equally amazing–apple pie recipes. The first, Deep-Dish Sour Cream–Apple Pie with Lemon-Cardamom Streusel, is a total original. With a buttery crust, three different varieties of apples, a rich sour cream filling, and a cardamon-spiced lemon streusel, this twist on the American classic is impossible to resist. Then we have a latice-crust Bumbleberry pie, with a luscious filling of tart apples, rhubarb, strawberries and blueberries.
