Daily Dinner Idea: Potato-Crusted Halibut
The calorie-rich Thanksgiving meal is just hours away, so our goal for tonight’s dinner idea was to find something on the lighter side but that’s still delish. This halibut recipe from Donna at the blog Apron Strings does the trick. It’s flavored with herbs, not fatty ingredients like butter. Although pan-frying gives the fish its crisp crust potato flakes (not deep-fried batter) give the fish a satisfying crisp crust. Enjoy–and let us know what you think!
Why we love it: It’s quick and easy to make, a flavorful accompaniment to a crisp green salad.
