Daily Dinner Idea: Sweet Chicken Nuggets

Even though chicken nuggets were a staple of childhood, they remain a meal favorite even at the adults table. Amy over at My Name is Snickerdoodle, takes a different approach by recreating those dinosaur shaped nuggets we all loved so much. By adding a bit of powdered sugar and peanut oil these nuggets taste sweet, especially when paired with BBQ sauce or honey.

Time: Marinate 2-4 hours. Cook 2 minutes each.
