I love sugar cookies! I don’t make them very often because I can’t control myself but I usually make them at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
We don’t have a lot of pumpkin pie fans so I probably will pass on pumpkin anything this year. The favorites tend to be apple pie or anything chocolate. From your list, the pumpkin trifle could be a possibility.
I agree with your sugar cookie dilemma, I purposely don’t bake sweets because once they’re in my apartment there’s no telling how many I’ll eat. A good trick is to bake and bring it all to the office!
