This drink should be celebrated, and, as luck would have it, June is National Iced Tea Month!
Perfect timing, right? There’s no better way to beat the heat than with a cold cup of it in your hand.
But making it can be tricky.
Brew it too long and it becomes bitter. Pour the sugar in too late and it doesn’t dissolve.
